Looking for a special way to bond with your baby while supporting their health and development? Join us at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy (OVCMT) for a free Infant Massage Workshop happening on Tuesday, June 11 at 10:00 a.m. in Vernon, BC.
This guided, hands-on workshop is open to parents and caregivers with infants. Led by OVCMT’s massage therapy students, the session will walk you through simple, effective techniques to help you massage your baby with confidence.
What to expect
You’ll learn how infant massage may help:
- Deepen the parent-baby bond
- Improve your baby’s sleep
- Relieve common infant discomforts like gas, colic, constipation, and congestion
- Support your baby’s healthy growth and development
- Boost your confidence as a parent
The workshop is gentle, beginner-friendly, and completely free of charge. All instruction is supervised by experienced faculty and offered in a safe, welcoming environment.
