Initial appointments
To begin care with Vernon Midwifery, please complete the Vernon Midwifery Patient Intake Form. If space is available, Vernon Midwifery will contact you directly to arrange your initial appointment.

Ongoing appointments
Follow-up appointments are scheduled directly with your midwife. In most cases, your next visit will be booked at the end of your current appointment. If you have questions or need to reschedule, please contact your midwife directly.
