Independent practitioners
The Health Nest is a shared clinic space. Each practitioner operates as a separate business under their own legal entity. This means:
- Each practitioner is independently responsible for their services
- Each practitioner sets their own fees, policies, and hours
- Each practitioner maintains their own client records and privacy practices (in compliance with BC’s PIPA law)
The Health Nest is not liable for the services or conduct of any individual practitioner.
Booking and appointments
Appointments may be booked:
- By contacting individual practitioners
- By phone or email
- Through the Jane App
Each practitioner manages their own schedule. Please reach out to them directly with questions about your appointment, cancellations, or availability.
Payments and billing
Each practitioner collects payments independently. Payment methods may vary. Please ask your practitioner about accepted payment types and insurance billing options.
Health information
Personal and health information is collected and stored securely by each practitioner or their authorized administrative staff. Your information will not be shared across practitioners unless you provide written consent.
